By accessing, registering, or using any services offered by 2230 through this website or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2230 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
The 2230 platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are not prohibited by local laws from accessing online gambling or betting services.
Account Creation and User Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account with 2230. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts along with any remaining balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 2230 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to submit requested documents within the set timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are fully responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Please notify 2230 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 2230 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use caused by your negligence.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 2230 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the platform’s integrity, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized third-party software use, user collusion, system manipulation, or any form of bonus and promotion abuse.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using false information during registration or transaction processes
- Unauthorized transfer of funds between user accounts
- Exploiting any technical errors or imbalances in the odds system
- Using payment methods not belonging to the registered user
- Accessing the platform from regions where such services are prohibited
Violating any of the above rules may lead to immediate actions including account suspension, cancellation of all active bets, and freezing of funds until investigations are complete.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2230 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking, local e-wallets like Boost and GrabPay, as well as other payment options listed in your account’s deposit section.
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the user’s name
- Processing times depend on the chosen method, typically within 1–3 business days for bank transfers
- 2230 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until user identity verification is completed if required
- Any withdrawal attempt using methods different from the original deposit method may be declined
2230 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties including financial institutions or payment service providers. All deposits are final and non-refundable, except in proven technical error cases attributable to the platform.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
2230 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or service interruptions beyond our control.
2230 reserves the right to suspend or close any user accounts under the following circumstances:
- Verification or evidence of fraud or illegal activity
- Repeated breaches of the terms of use
- User’s own request for account closure
- Long periods of account inactivity according to internal policy
- Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
In the event of account closure due to violations, 2230 has the right to withhold account balances until investigations are complete. If no wrongdoing is found, eligible balances will be refunded to users via agreed methods.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Terms Changes
All content on the 2230 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 2230 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without written permission from 2230.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 2230 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Any dealings conducted with third parties are outside the scope of 2230’s responsibility.
